Returns and exchanges are processed in the order in which they are received. Once we receive your package, it may take 2-3 business days to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange item is shipped out.

Bayam's Jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. Send back the items in brand new condition with the original packaging.Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged.For qualifying orders, return shipping is free within the United States when you use the prepaid return shipping label generated at https://returns.bayamjewelry.com/#/

To cancel an order placed on a weekday between 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, please email info@bayamjewelry.com with your order number.

If your order was placed after hours, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email with a message stating that you would like to cancel the order. 

Yes, we offer LifeTime Warranty.

Bayam Jewelry warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use. During lifetime warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions to return the product, Bayam Jewelry will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair, (ii) replace with the same or similar product in new or similar condition, or (iii) issue a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the product.

Bayam Jewelry shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Bayam. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund or a store credit is given, the returned product becomes Bayam Jewelry's property.

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or scratches are not covered under the warranty. Items broken due to misuse will not be covered under the LifeTime Warranty program. Certain products are not covered under our warranty program.

You will be notified of your order status via email.

If you placed an order as a guest without creating an account, you will not be able to view the order status on our website. You should have received an order confirmation email after placing the order. Shipping notification emails will be sent out when the shipment is created. If you do not receive a second email with shipping information after 2 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

Yes! Your personal online safety is extremely important to us. 

When you make a purchase on our website, your card information is protected by one of the most widely used and trusted security systems on the Internet. Exchange of sensitive personal information is encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate. 

Card information is not stored on our site for security purposes. Our website is regularly scanned and tested for malware/viruses.

Return items purchased through Financing or Layaway program such as Affirm and Partial.ly cannot be returned. They are eligible for only Store Credit or Exchange.

Yes, we do offer a lifetime upgrade. Get full price towards your next purchase that’s valued at least double the amount of the upgraded item. For further questions, please contact us at info@bayamjewelry.com for more information. Certain Items and Restrictions apply**

Our weightS are very accurate according to the description. Please allow plus or minus 10% weight difference for all real gold items, weights depend on polishing and manufacturing process.

Custom Diamond watches are not waterproof or water resistant. Water damage is not covered under our warranty.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S orders, no minimum purchase.

Every Orders over $500 will be shipped with 2-day priority shipping.

Orders over $3000 will be shipped with overnight services. 

We guarantee to ship out within 24 hours after payment confirmation (Monday-Friday)

If there is any unexpected situation (for example, if the order cannot ship out within 24 hours), we will contact you as soon as possible, and follow up closely to ship your order soon. 

All products will be tested strictly before shipping. 

Orders over $750 will be shipped with Signature Required Service for security purposes.

We do not accept any responsibility for shipments whose status appears to be "Delivered" in the USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking system. The insurance can only be applied to the missing packages whose tracking status appears otherwise. 

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

RETURNS

Even if you are satisfied, we'll gladly accept unused and unworn items within 30 days. (NO QUESTION ASKED)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with free items if any.

Any damaged items or any items showing signs of wear will be rejected.

We cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" and "Customized" items.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bayamjewelry.com.

Return items purchased through Financing such as Affirm cannot be returned. They are only eligible for Store Credit or Exchange. (Affirm orders might be subject to a restocking fee of 10%)

Return items purchased through Layaway programs such as Partial.ly cannot be returned.  Any cancellation with Layaway (Partial.ly) orders are only eligible for store credit towards a future purchase. Layaway options doesn't guarantee item availability. If the item is not available after the layaway plan is paid off completely, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. 

Orders purchased through Acima, Progressive Leasing and Snap Finance can only be returned to the leasing company as they own the merchandise after we finalized the transaction.

Free return is not available for International orders. International customers have to return the item at their own cost. 

Engraved and Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason, as they cannot be resold.

Orders over $5000 is subject to a 15% restocking fee, as they are made for customers as a custom order.
