To ensure your gold, diamonds, and gemstones remain in pristine condition, regular maintenance is crucial. Our upgraded Lifetime Warranty provides FREE service and maintenance for the entire life of your jewelry.

This all-inclusive coverage includes:

  • Prong repairs
  • Cleaning
  • Re-polishing
  • Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
  • Ring resizing is available for a maximum of two sizes up or down, but can be done only once. Further resizing would necessitate a remake.
  • If an item is not covered under the lifetime warranty as outlined in the Terms and Conditions below, we will notify you of the repair cost before proceeding with any work on the jewelry piece.

  • Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Bayam Jewelry will void this warranty.
  • Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered. We highly recommend securing jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
  • Bayam Jewelry products purchased through a third party

  • Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  • Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  • Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
  • Please pack the return securely in a box to prevent any additional damage during shipment. Bayam Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return process.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses incurred when sending items to us. For domestic customers, a $24.99 fee will be charged for the return shipping of repaired items. For international customers, the return shipping fee is $39.99.

    5-Year Protection Warranty


    To keep your watch in excellent condition, regular maintenance is key. Our 5-Year Protection Warranty offers free service and maintenance for the entire warranty period.

    This warranty addresses common issues like loose prongs, fallen diamond, and tightening bands. However, if your watch experiences significant damage or is used inappropriately, you may incur additional costs for repairs or replacement.

    Please be aware that this warranty does not cover water damage, as our diamond-customized watches are not waterproof or water-resistant. It also excludes damage to components such as the watch case, bezel, crystal/glass, bracelet, screws, crown, clasps, buckles, and finishes, as well as loss of stones, theft, and other forms of physical damage. Additionally, any damage resulting from neglecting necessary maintenance or repairs is not covered. We highly recommend securing jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage.

    During the warranty period, any repairs or modifications performed by third-party services will void the warranty. We do not reimburse for expenses related to such third-party repairs.

    Please pack the return securely in a box to prevent any additional damage during shipment. Bayam Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return process.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses incurred when sending items to us. For domestic customers, a $99.99 fee will be charged for the return shipping of repaired items. For international customers, the return shipping fee varies and will be charged for the return of repaired items.

    We provide a lifetime upgrade policy for all purchases. To qualify, the upgraded item(s) must be about twice the value of the original purchase
