A Guide to Bayam’s Custom Jewelry Service

Have you ever dreamed of owning a piece of jewelry that is uniquely yours? Something that reflects your style, personality, and story? Or, do you have a piece of jewelry from your childhood that you would love to wear as an adult? Or, have you ever seen a piece of jewelry on TV, online, or  someone else, but couldn’t find a similar design anywhere? If so, Bayam’s Custom Jewelry service is here to make your dreams a sparkling reality. So we want to take a minute to explain how our service works, and what you can expect.

Step 1. Select Jewelry

Begin by choosing the type of jewelry you envision. This can be a chain, pendant, bracelet, ring, or earring.

Step 2. Enter Your Personal Information

Then enter your personal details including your name, email address, and phone number. At this stage, we also ask you to enter your budget which can be between: $5,000-$10,000; $10,000-$20,000; $20,000-$30,000; $30,000-$50,000; and $50,000+. This is important because it will help us determine how to bring your jewelry into reality. But your budget might be $25,000 specifically, falling within the $20,000-$30,000 range. Generally, this flexibility allows us to accommodate budgets up to $30,000, even if you prefer not to exceed your intended spending. If you have a more precise budget in mind, please feel free to reach out to us. While we aim to stay within specified costs, we will contact you should adjustments be necessary.

Step 3. Customize Jewelry

This is where the fun begins. Here, begin by choosing your gold material, which can be yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold. If you want two-tone or tri-color gold, you can contact us.

Then, select your preferred gold karat. The karat refers to the purity of gold. 10K typically contains 41.7% pure gold, 14K contains 58.5% pure gold, and 18K contains 75% pure gold. But because gold is a soft metal, it’s often mixed with other metals such as silver, nickel, and iron to make it harder. If you want to learn about the differences between karats of gold, take a look at our blog on What's the Difference Between a 10K and a 14K Gold Chain?

Then, select if you want diamonds, which can be partial or full diamonds.

Then,  select your desired size, which can be small, medium, or large. Of course, it is not clear at this point what the dimensions are for these categories, but select a size based on your general desired size, and we can talk about the exact dimension.

Lastly, upload your design. Make sure it’s a clear picture and the details of the jewelry are visible. You can also add any comments you may have here.

Step 4. Wait to Hear Back

Once we receive all the details, a representative will contact you to discuss the details of your Custom Jewelry project. Once we talk to you, we will finalise all the details like the size and cost. If you are happy with everything, you will be asked to make payment. Now, we know it’s risky paying for a piece of jewelry that may not end up the way you wanted. That’s why we will talk about every single detail until you are happy.

Then, our skilled artisans will meticulously handcraft your product using the highest quality materials. So not only will they be stylish, but also strong and durable.

Step 5. Receive Your Jewelry

After quality assurance makes sure every detail is perfect, the product will be packaged securely and sent to you. But we require one more thing from you at this stage - wear your special custom piece with joy and pride. It was handcrafted just for you, with love and care. Ready to craft your piece?
