Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, with tags and in the same condition as when received, including any free items.
  • Damaged items or those showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed for final sale, customized, engraved, personalized items, and wedding bands.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Free returns or exchanges are not available for international orders. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return/exchange process if the item is shipped using a label or method other than those we provide.
  • Products shipped using labels or methods other than those we provide must be accompanied by the invoice that includes the order number.

Refund Process:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it might take time for the refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@bayamjewelry.com.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase,excluding delivery charges.

Conditions:

  • Items purchased through financing (e.g., Affirm) are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. These items can be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Items bought via layaway programs (e.g., Partial.ly)  are not eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as these items are reserved for customers for an extended period of time. These items can be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Orders through Acima, Progressive Leasing, and Snap Finance must be returned to the leasing company, as they own the merchandise post-transaction.
  • Orders exceeding $5000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as they are custom-made for each customer.

Watch Purchases:

  • Watches can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The watch must be unused, with tags, in its original condition, and include all packaging and certificates. Returns without tags, original packaging, or documentation will be rejected.
  • Damaged watches, those exposed to water or those showing signs of wear will not be accepted.


Bayam Jewelry reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified requirements and to apply deductions to the refund amount.
